Suspended T-bar acoustic ceiling
A serviceable acoustic grid ceiling provided clean access to lighting and mechanical systems for a commercial interior.
The construction challenge
The space required a clean finished ceiling while preserving practical access to electrical and mechanical services above.
The approach
The perimeter elevation, suspension points and grid were coordinated with fixtures and services. Acoustic panels completed an accessible, maintainable ceiling plane.
What this project demonstrates
T-bar performance depends on coordinated layout. Lighting, diffusers, sprinklers and access requirements should be resolved before the grid is finalized.
